This handmade linocut print features one of my favourite birds, the Bee-eater. I was inspired to create it after encountering a colony in Menorca this summer, where they swooped gracefully across the sun-baked farmland, catching insects mid-flight. Their brilliant, sunlit plumage was a dazzling spectacle. The print is composed of five individually cut lino blocks, each carefully hand-pulled through the press to bring the scene to life.
